This court appears to have taken the position that if a Decree Nisi is silent with regard to maintenance, and such Decree is made absolute, there is thereafter no jurisdiction to award maintenance, see Bogdane v. Bogdane (1974), 1973 CanLII 935 (SK QB), 38 D.L.R. (3d) 767, and Stinson v. Stineon, 1976 CanLII 1943 (SK QB), 30 R.F.L. 39.
