The evidence is clear that the plaintiff did not lose any income because of the accident, although that is only one of the factors to be taken into account in considering damages for loss of future earning capacity. (4th) 260, 2002 BCCA 685 at ¶ 72: … past earnings are a significant factor that must, at law, be considered in assessing a loss of income earning capacity.
