There are no expert reports respecting future income loss, there are no vocational assessments nor is there any medical evidence supporting a claim for loss of future earning capacity. The evidence of the plaintiff, given my findings respecting the injuries, does not justify an award under this heading. The plaintiff has failed to show that he is less capable, marketable, valuable or able to take advantage of all job opportunities. There must be a real and substantial possibility of such a loss (Perren v. Lalari, 2010 BCCA 140). The claim for damages for loss of future earning capacity is dismissed.
