Does a right-of-way between a neighbour and a neighbour need to be 2 feet wide?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Robert v Assis, 2017 ONSC 1685 (CanLII):

The case of Lipiec v. Borsa, [1996] O.J. No. 3819, involved a bitter dispute between neighbours. The plaintiffs seemed to feel they had some undefined proprietary right over the defendant’s property, including a 2-foot right-of-way along the defendant’s property from the front of their lot line to the rear of their lot line. The plaintiffs became obsessed with what the defendants were doing on their lot.
