Is it impossible to give a better description of all the documents for which they are claimed to be privileged?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Nanaimo Shipyard Ltd. v. Keith et al, 2007 BCSC 9 (CanLII):

I noted towards the beginning of this decision that at the first hearing I did not believe that it was impossible to give a better description of all the documents for which privilege was claimed, but considered that I was bound by Leung v. Hanna to accept counsel’s declaration to that effect. I no longer consider myself bound by that decision, as it applies to the facts of this case.
