Is there any case law where there are multiple defendants?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Price v. 481530 B.C. Ltd., 2015 BCSC 1301 (CanLII):

As an aside, I note further Willcock J. in Bains v. Green, 2012 BCSC 1733, declined to strike pleadings on the basis they did not distinguish between multiple defendants in a case where conspiracy was alleged. He noted the nature of the claim is such that the particulars “may be within the knowledge of the defendants alone”: at para. 63.
