Nonetheless, defendant did not object to the prosecutor's argument, or request the court to admonish the jury. Furthermore, the court correctly instructed the jury to follow the court's instructionsincluding CALCRIM No. 1403and not the attorneys' description of the law if there was a conflict. We presume the jury followed that instruction. (People v. Boyette (2002) 29 Cal.4th 381, 436.)
