Is there an abuse of discretion in admitting a blue barreled gun into evidence?

MultiRegion, United States of America

The following excerpt is from U.S. v. Browne, 829 F.2d 760 (9th Cir. 1987):

Browne contends that the district court erred in admitting the blue barreled gun into evidence. We review evidentiary rulings for an abuse of discretion. United States v. Harris, 792 F.2d 866, 868 (9th Cir.1986). To determine whether a district court abused its discretion, we evaluate whether the court used the relevant factors in arriving at its decision and whether in doing so it made a clear error in its judgment.
