25 I further find the plaintiff was wrongfully dismissed and treated very badly by the respondent including his verbal abuse of her. The plaintiff is entitled to aggravated damages. The respondent by his actions increased her mental distress and humiliation. In respect of the applicability of aggravated damages, I rely in part on Hill v. Church of Scientology of Toronto (1995), 1995 CanLII 59 (SCC), 184 N.R. 1 (S.C.C.).
