Counts four and five: These counts, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and aiding and abetting the carrying of firearms during a drug-trafficking crime, are the substantive counts of the indictment. If foreseeable substantive offenses are committed in furtherance of the conspiracy, a conspirator is properly responsible for them. Pinkerton v.
