that the trial court erred in failing to stay his sentence for unlawful possession of ammunition pursuant to Penal Code section 654.1 Finally, relying on People v. Dueas (2019) 30 Cal.App.5th 1157 (Dueas), defendant argues the trial court erred in imposing certain fines and fees without holding a hearing to determine his ability to pay them. We will modify the judgment to stay the term for the unlawful possession of ammunition charge and order the trial court to correct errors in the abstract of judgment. We otherwise will affirm the judgment.
