In People v. Huggins, supra, 38 Cal.4th 175, the prosecutor engaged in fair comment on the evidence and did not demean defense counsel when he said that defense counsel had a " 'tough job, and he tried to smoke one past us,' and that counsel 'will admit only what he has to admit and no more.
