In order to find a person in contempt for failing to comply with an order of the court, the order must be clear and unambiguous; if the order does not clearly set out the person’s obligations, it is not possible for a court to find beyond a reasonable doubt that the order was wilfully disobeyed: Hansen v. Savignac, 2011 BCCA 307 at paras. 13 and 17.
