see People v. Lowery (2020) 43 Cal.App.5th 1046, 1060.) Even if defendant earns the minimum, he can pay off a significant portion of his financial obligations by the end of his 11-plus-year term. And, based on his age, relative physical ability, past job experiences and aspirations of returning to work in the food service industry, we find him capable of paying off any remaining amount upon his release.[5]
