If a prosecutor misstated the law on self-defense, and the defense counsel failed to object to the argument, what is the effect on the jury?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from People v. Ahern, A151422 (Cal. App. 2019):

Finally, even if the prosecutor misstated the lawand again, we conclude the prosecutor did notwe note that the trial court correctly instructed the jury about the law on self-defense and advised that "any statement by an attorney inconsistent with the court's instructions as to the law must be disregarded." (People v. Coffman & Marlow, supra, 34 Cal.4th at p. 93.) As the jury was properly instructed on those two points, "there was no reasonable likelihood any juror would have applied the prosecutor's comments erroneously." (Ibid.)
