The admission of evidence of other crimes, wrongs, or acts pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) is reviewed under an abuse of discretion standard. United States v. Conners, 825 F.2d 1384, 1390 (9th Cir.1987). A trial court's balancing of the probative value of evidence against its prejudicial harm under Federal Rule of Evidence 403 is also reviewed for abuse of discretion. Id.; United States v.
