Are there any expenses that were declined by the Arbitrator during the litigation process?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Flowers v. Eickmeier, 2017 ONSC 3376 (CanLII):

The Appellant lists in her factum a number of expenses that were incurred during the process but declined by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator’s findings in relation to these expenses are not to be revisited except to the extent of determining whether they fall within the general costs of the proceeding as contemplated by Houston v. Houston and if so, whether and to what extent they should be covered.
