The following excerpt is from St-Onge v. Kla, 2005 NBQB 426 (CanLII):

However in para. 17 of Gagné v. Caron, Miller J. continues by saying: It must be recognized that there are circumstances in which a different judicial district is more convenient for all parties concerned. There may be occasions when a Judge other than a Judge sitting in the judicial district in which the action will be tried may provide a more proper forum in which to hear a particular motion.
