In Foulidis v. Foulidis, supra, as indicated previously, the motion was brought by the media to set aside an interim sealing order and publication ban obtained without notice to the media. It was noted, and accepted by the court, that the requirement to give notice to the media had come into effect only recently and that counsel involved in obtaining the interim sealing order and publication ban were unaware of same.
