Can an appeal against an order requiring costs to be paid forthwith after taxation be paid?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Fedora v. Bayda, 1941 CanLII 113 (SK CA):

I might add that, the order directing the costs to be paid forthwith after taxation was not in line with the practice laid down in Ford v. C.N.R. 1937 CanLII 192 (SK CA), [1937] 2 W.W.R. 216. In my opinion the order made by the Local Master was right. This appeal should be allowed with costs and the order of the Local Master restored.
