However, he did not allow the bill as presented because he concluded (as I had concluded in Estate Collins v. Hossack) that the fee had been miscalculated by the solicitor. Accordingly, he allowed a lesser fee. He also reviewed the disbursements charged, concluded that they were reasonable, and allowed them.
