4 The district court's opinion does not address the section 364(e) issue, but we can affirm the district court's decision on any ground supporting it. Dandridge v. Williams, 397 U.S. 471, 475 n. 6, 90 S.Ct. 1153, 1156 n. 6, 25 L.Ed.2d 491 (1970). Further, because mootness defeats jurisdiction, we must raise the issue sua sponte.
