Does plaintiff have sufficient briefing to support his claim that he was not provided with the entire administrative record?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from Parvizian v. Cal. Employment Dev. Dep't, B215814, LC077867, No. LC077866 c/w (Cal. App. 2010):

Furthermore, although plaintiff claims he was not provided with the entire administrative record, he cites no part of the record on appeal showing that the trial court found that some information was missing or was false. Nor does he intelligibly show what part of the administrative record was false or incomplete or provide unambiguous citations to the record on appeal that show any such falsehoods or omissions. We may summarily reject an appellant's contention for failure to provide adequate briefing. (Guthrey v. State of California, supra, 63 Cal.App.4th at pp. 1115-1116.)
