The undersigned cannot locate any record demonstrating that petitioner exhausted a claim alleging that appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to allege a violation of petitioner's federal constitutional rights in connection with claim 3. Accordingly, petitioner has not demonstrated cause for his default of claim 3. See Edwards v. Carpenter, supra.
