The following excerpt is from People v. Rich, 248 Cal.Rptr. 510, 45 Cal.3d 1036, 755 P.2d 960 (Cal. 1988):
Defendant asserts his failure to object to various other instances of asserted misconduct does not bar review on appeal because, he claims, in each instance a timely objection and admonition would not have cured the asserted "harm." (See People v. Green, supra, 27 Cal.3d at p. 28, 164 Cal.Rptr. 1, 609 P.2d 468.) As to each point, we disagree. Moreover, we find no misconduct in any event.
