19 We recognize that the statutory right holder has the exclusive right to control the disposition of the remains, and may do so in a manner offensive to other family members. (Ross v. Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1984) 153 Cal.App.3d 988, 993-944, 203 Cal.Rptr. 468.) This does not preclude liability to those other family members for whose benefit the services were to be performed.
