9 The facts here are different than those considered in Warrington v. Bird (1985) 204 N.J.Super. 611, 499 A.2d 1026, where the appellate court recognized that liability may rest upon a restaurant for injuries suffered by patrons who were struck by a motor vehicle while crossing a county road which passed between the restaurant and its parking lot.
