Upon examination of the entire proceedings, this court concludes that the prosecutor's performance did not "so infect[ ] the trial with unfairness as to make the resulting conviction a denial of due process.'" Johnson v. Sublett, 63 F.3d 926, 929 (9th Cir. 1995) (citation omitted). Accordingly, petitioner is not entitled to relief on this claim.
