In reaching its conclusion, the district court relied in part on our decision in Cohen v. UBS Financial Services, Inc. , which held that where a named class representative filed a notice of appeal stating that he was appealing individually and on behalf of the class, the notice was not sufficient to effect an appeal on behalf of the other named plaintiffs in the case. 799 F.3d 174, 177 n.3 (2d Cir. 2015).
