In Children's Aid Society of Halton Region v. C.J.R., infra, since an aunt and uncle had access rights to their nephew under a prior order, they thereby became the child’s “parents” within the definition in subsection 37(1) of the CFSA and were entitled to notice of a status review application by the local society.
