Is Child T still a child for whom child support will continue to be paid?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from S.J.D. v. S.A.G., 2015 BCPC 370 (CanLII):

Based on the evidence before me I am satisfied Child T presently meets the requirements of these factor set out in Darlington v. Darlington and continues to qualify as a child for whom child support will continue to be paid. It will be necessary to determine what his actual financial position is and whether he continues to qualify when the whole of this matter becomes subject to review.
