From the foregoing cases, particularly Celi v. Eagle, I am persuaded that he court has jurisdiction pursuant to clause (k) of s.34(1) to order child support payors who do not at the material time have a life insurance policy, to purchase life insurance policy in an appropriate amount and with an appropriate irrevocable designation of beneficiary.
