In the decision of King v. Singh (supra) Rawlins J. explicitly stated that there is no duty on the dominant driver to ensure that opposing drivers in left-hand turn lanes do not have their view of opposing through lanes blocked by left-turning vehicles adjacent to the dominant driver as such an onus would bring traffic to a standstill.
