A notice of appeal " 'can be interpreted to apply to an existing appealable order or judgment, if no prejudice would accrue to the respondent.' " (Walker v. "In determining whether a respondent has been misled by errors on the face of the notice of appeal, a reviewing court may consider the contents of the designation of record . . . ." (D'Avola v.
