statements were inconsistent. Additionally, movant does not identify what portion of the sentencing guidelines necessitated an objection by counsel. Even more lacking in movant's pleadings is any assertion that these purported errors by counsel were prejudicial. For all of these reasons, these claims for relief should be denied. See James v.
