The following excerpt is from People v. Calles, 146 Cal.Rptr.3d 759 (Cal. App. 2012):

People v. Verlinde, supra, 100 Cal.App.4th at p. 1168, 123 Cal.Rptr.2d 322.) Because defendant is to be sentenced under a count for leaving the scene of an accident (count 3, 7, or 8), execution on the leaving the scene of a crime enhancement as to count 1 must also be stayed. (Ibid. )
