Can a buyer's broker be held liable for misrepresentations he or she passed on to the buyer from a seller?

This duty to disclose applies not only to a seller and the seller's agent, but to the buyer's broker as well. A buyer's broker can be liable for misrepresentations he or she passes on to the buyer from a seller that are material to the buyer's decision to buy the property. (Salahutdin v.
