Section 274 provides that if there is a breach of a municipal bylaw, an injunction will generally be granted to restrain the continued breach and the court has a diminished discretion to deny relief sought by the public authority: Fraser Valley Regional District v. Petrie, 2005 BCSC 1385 at para. 16.
