What are the rights and responsibilities of a joint guardianship order?

It appears that the plaintiff is not familiar with the rights and responsibilities that are part of a joint guardianship order and for that reason I direct her counsel to make available to her the decision of Huddart J. in Anson v. Anson. She is required to show the defendant as the child's father on the school registration and to direct the school that the defendant is a contact person. Further, she is to instruct the school to provide the defendant with information on his daughters school progress and she will give him photocopies of all school schedules, reports and progress reports concerning their child.
