What is the penalty for failing to respond?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Law Society of Ontario v. Kerr, 2019 ONLSTH 104 (CanLII):

A one-month penalty is within the range of what is reasonable in the circumstances and consistent with prior decisions. As set out in Law Society of Upper Canada v. Howlett, 2017 ONLSTH 228, a one-month suspension is generally ordered in failure to respond cases when a licensee has no prior discipline history and remained non-compliant at the time of the hearing.
