In my view, an individual who “aids and abets” a wrongdoer is someone who acts intentionally to assist the wrongdoer. A corporation can be a means through its directing mind to aid and abet an oppression. See generally Jabalee v. Abalmark Inc. [1996] O.J. No. 2609 para. 3.
