In Bell ExpressVu, at para. 28, this court adopted the following observation by Cullity J. in Jaskhs Enterprises v. 1444707 Ontario Ltd., [2004] O.T.C. 859 (S.C.), at para. 40: “a failure to comply with an order of the court will not be contempt if there are genuine, unresolved issues between the parties with respect to the manner in which it is to be carried into operation.”
